Non-ADHD Partner Peer Support Group

• This is a community of people who are "ADHD-adjacent", that is, married to or partnered with people who :
  • are diagnosed as having ADHD
  • strongly suspect they have ADHD, or
  • are partnered with someone who strongly suspect they have ADHD based on their observed behaviors.
• The focus of this group is our own self-care.
• We are a group of people who "get it"!
• We are open to learning about ourselves and our partners and seeing how that knowledge can help us navigate our relationships.

• This is not a group that is committed to "saving the marriage at all costs". We are here for YOU.
• This is not a group that will help you "manage" your partner. You will learn a lot about what ADHD is and how it shows up in relationships, but it is not your job to change or fix your partner. That is their job.

• This group is different because the meetings are facilitated by Mike Fedel and other trusted partners who are or have been in long-term (20-plus years) ADHD-affected relationships.
• You are getting the "inside scoop" by having your questions answered by people with both expertise and experience of what it's like to live day-to-day with ADHD.
• You have 24/7 access to others on our platform in both "Facebook-style" posts and real-time chats.

• We meet weekly on Wednesday afternoon at Noon EST on ZOOM.
